I locked my keys in my closet accidentally so I had no other choice but to call a locksmith. It was 4pm on a Sunday, I called Rich, he came right away and he drive about 50 minutes to get to me which was very much appreciated. It took him not even 5 minutes to unlock my door, amazing!! I have new locks and when I had duplicates made at a hardware store they did not work very well- they were tight in the lock and difficult to turn, some of the keys would not work at all. I think that the tolerances in the new lock are very tight- there is no “slop” in these locks. I saw the Minute Key machine at Lowes and decided to try it. The keys worked perfectly, just the same as the original key that came with the lock.

Have used them for over 5 years now. They are great, know their stuff, don’t try to sell you on extra stuff. Always have them cut you extra keys- their keys are far superior to the big box stores and you know you will need them someday. Very pleased with their service.

My husband and I had half of a tree fall and the other half was leaning towards my home. I put in a request to rent a lift late in the evening and within 10 minutes of opening Kuzan’s called me. They delivered the lift within 2 hours. Staff was friendly, sympathetic to the urgency behind our rental request and I can’t thank them enough for being so dependable. Keith’s Lock and Door service came out to install a smart, wifi-enabled deadbolt on our front door. I reached out using their “contact us” form and received a quick reply. Scheduling was easy – great communication. The technician was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He went the extra mile, testing and making adjustments to ensure that the lock worked perfectly. He made me a couple of extra keys, and spent some time making sure I understood how the lock worked, what kind of batteries to use, and what to do if I ever lose the secret codes – all the reasons we didn’t want to DIY this one. The whole thing took about 30 minutes. We will definitely use Keith’s in the future!

Needed a brand new key fob for my push to start ford escape. Dallas was awesome. He communicated very well throughout the day. He made sure the time was convenient for me and actually met me. What’s the deal with this business ordered a replacement Fob for my Audi, over a week ago said it would arrive in 2 days, haven’t heard back and nobody answers calls or returns calls. Only way they respond is if you leave a bad review. So please stay away from these crazy people not sure they understand customer service or give a damn. Searching for a new place.

Brought my bike in because I had lost my only key, they took care of me and got me in and finished quickly prices were more than fair to have new keys made. Much cheaper and easier than replacing my ignition. It was a bit of a drive for me to get out to them but I would go back to them any day of the week with any other problems I had. All around great company and great people.
