I cannot express enough how professional, efficient and courteous Rich was. I called at 8am and he was at my home by 9am. And I live about 20 miles away. He is knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I was hesitant at first to use a kiosk, but it was very user friendly. I did not like the repeated offers to buy more keys and contribute to various charities. I already donate. However, the key I received works every bit as good, if not BETTER, than the original. I also liked the quality of the brass key. Ease of use, and quality product would make me use this again, despite the irritating sales pitches.

Saw another review dated 4 weeks ago with only pictures of empty space. I still went out as it was close to home, only lost 10 minutes of my day. There are no locksmith businesses on this location, no signs, no phone numbers, as of September 11, 2025.

Showed up on a Sunday, luckily they were there waiting for a U-Haul truck to be returned and the guy was able to cut me a key really quick and I was in and out and on my way all within 45 minutes.

My review of 3 stars is due to the fact I was told they would send me a form so I could get reimbursed by Triple A, 1 week later and no form even after multiple calls and text reminders.

Outstanding! We misplaced the key for a complicated lock on our french doors. Chris responded quickly. We are very pleased to say, he is a true professional locksmith. Arrived on time and quickly took care of making those new keys. Then, when we asked if he could also, he synchronized the key locking on a second door and storm door with new keys. All working great now.

This was an amazing experience! Communication was so easy and Allan was able to change my lock and add a dead bolt in just an hour. The price was affordable and Allan was a pleasure! I really have to let everyone no my story the house that my wife and 3 kids went up in flames 3 day ago in langhorne the whole home was a complete loss. I lost everything in the fire even my car keys I call Dan’s lock Smith and ask the lady of the phone if they do with emergency services she said yes i told her that i’m going to need is with three hours because I had to relocate because of the house fire she said yes i also how much the price was going to be the price was amazing.I was expecting it’s be high but it was the cheapest around dan got to my car with in a hour. At the end of all this dan then looked up to my house saw the pile of rubble from the fire and said no charge there are people that go into business for straight profit , and there’s other people that go into business that are kind and amazing human beings dan is one of them thank you so much I really didn’t have all that money and it made me cry knowing there are great people stillOut there in the world today .
