I cannot express enough how professional, efficient and courteous Rich was. I called at 8am and he was at my home by 9am. And I live about 20 miles away. He is knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Emilio is absolutely amazing and has helped us twice now. The last time it was a Friday night and we had someone staying at our cottage who locked themselves out in the rain. When I called him he told me he could come but that he was 1 hr and 20 minutes away so I told him let me see if I could find someone to get their quicker. I called 8 other places and no one else would come which was incredibly frustrating, the other people would only come when it was convenient for them despite people standing in the rain wirh no phone or wallets. Emilio ended up coming and absolutely saved us that night and I will never forget it, he is the only locksmith I will be using in the Poconos areas 👏 🙌

I was stuck at a gas pump today at a sheetz I called got a amamzing quote only 50 dollars to unlock my car!!! Chris (the owner) and his coworker Shawn did a fantastic job. They were on time, professional, and very friendly from start to finish. They installed a 4-camera security system and completed a lock replacement, and everything was done efficiently and cleanly.

What really stood out was how they took the time to explain how everything works, answered all of my questions quickly, and made sure I was comfortable using the system before they left. Their pricing was honest and upfront, with no surprises—very easy to understand exactly what we were getting.

This man Dennis is a life saver! Not only was he very easy to talk to, but he was respectful a gentleman all the way, punctual about his timing as he said he would meet me in 20 minutes the man showed up sooner than that! *GREAT* store owner was so kind and welcoming. Very knowledgeable about her trade apparently they’ve been here for 76 years and her family has owned it all that time.
They can reprint any key doesn’t matter if it’s a car key or what kind of key.
They can open locks.
They sell all sorts of different locks here as well.
