Showed up on a Sunday, luckily they were there waiting for a U-Haul truck to be returned and the guy was able to cut me a key really quick and I was in and out and on my way all within 45 minutes.

My review of 3 stars is due to the fact I was told they would send me a form so I could get reimbursed by Triple A, 1 week later and no form even after multiple calls and text reminders.

I cannot express enough how professional, efficient and courteous Rich was. I called at 8am and he was at my home by 9am. And I live about 20 miles away. He is knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Genaro was amazing!!!! I cannot say enough great things about him!!! I called 4 different businesses over a 2 hour period. He was the only one that responded and actually showed up. He was here in 35 minutes and had my 2012 GMC Sierra unlocked in less than 5 minutes. He honestly saved my night and my work day tomorrow!! I would give 10 starts if it was possible. Chris (the owner) and his coworker Shawn did a fantastic job. They were on time, professional, and very friendly from start to finish. They installed a 4-camera security system and completed a lock replacement, and everything was done efficiently and cleanly.

What really stood out was how they took the time to explain how everything works, answered all of my questions quickly, and made sure I was comfortable using the system before they left. Their pricing was honest and upfront, with no surprises—very easy to understand exactly what we were getting.

Great workmanship, great communication, and great people. Highly recommend Pocono Locksmith!
