Steve came highly recommended from coworkers, friends, and local dealers. I lost my only car key fob. Contacted Steve via text. Practically an immediate response came on what to do and what to expect. He arrived within 20 minutes like he said. In less than 15 minutes he had a new key cut, programmed, and was on his way. Kiosk was easy to use. I had three keys made and they all worked in the door knobs! A little pricey, but very convenient.

I used a 🔐 KeyMe kiosk inside the Giant Eagle in Shaler. The experience was great. Fast, easy and convenient. My only complaint is that it was a tad pricey, however, considering the fact that having access to this kiosk saved me considerable time, it justified the price. I would use this service again and I recommend it to others.

I needed a spare key for an inside house door, and found this key making kiosk in the Walmart auto section. It states it can make any key. It was able to make my key successfully, so that is correct, as far as my experience goes. It was also fairly convenient, as you could make the key on the spot, and also save the key, as a template, if you need to make additional copies of that same key in the future. It takes a credit card to process the transaction, which is also convenient, but probably adds to the cost of the key. The cost of the key was a 2-3 dollars higher than I was expecting to pay, but probably the cost of the convenience, and cc fees that the company likely has to absorb. The key worked for the lock I needed it to unlock, so functionality gets at 10/10. The only problem I have with the key is that is is made out of aluminum, or some really pliable metal alloy, and the key is not very sturdy, or heavy. It could break off in a door lock, if the lock was stubborn enough, and for that, I must let people know what they are getting, vs a standard spare key cut. If the metal composition becomes improved, I will improve my rating. Every other aspect of this company and product are good.

These guys made it so easy im gonna buy a third key, highly recommend their service well worth it and saved us over $100 compared to what the dealer quoted us

Machine worked well, but would have preferred a less expensive Metal key as $6.99 is a steep Price and don’t need brass. Why not a steel key at a less expensive price as an option?
