Steve came highly recommended from coworkers, friends, and local dealers. I lost my only car key fob. Contacted Steve via text. Practically an immediate response came on what to do and what to expect. He arrived within 20 minutes like he said. In less than 15 minutes he had a new key cut, programmed, and was on his way. Key doesn’t work, but I should’ve known better than to hit up a kiosk instead of an actual human being at a hardware store. Lesson learned. Thank goodness it was less than 10 bucks. Never again

Convenient, the key works well. Most likely that I will never use this machine again. Way too expensive. At the local hardware store I can get 3 keys for the same price. Also the machine asked too many questions
