Our old lock, despite it having classic charm, lacked in the modern convenience features that one can benefit from everyday. Good experience. Needed my whole house rekeyed and several locks changed out. Using their web page didn’t work, but calling to set up an appointment was quick and easy. Good communication with updates about when they’d arrive. John and John were very friendly and professional, and got the work done with no problems or issues. Highly recommend.
