We had to get our locks re-keyed on a Friday night in a snow storm, and they handled it with no problems or complaints. It didn’t seem like they charged us some exorbitant amount for doing the job off hours either. We also had them replace a lock mechanism on a french door at a later date. Their pricing seems competitive and fair.

I’ve used Rudy for 10 years or more. I can’t say enough good things about him. Trust is everything when it comes to someone working on your home, and I trust him completely—even to be in my house when I’m not there. That level of professionalism, honesty, and reliability is rare.

Machine worked well, but would have preferred a less expensive Metal key as $6.99 is a steep Price and don’t need brass. Why not a steel key at a less expensive price as an option?

I needed a spare key for an inside house door, and found this key making kiosk in the Walmart auto section. It states it can make any key. It was able to make my key successfully, so that is correct, as far as my experience goes. It was also fairly convenient, as you could make the key on the spot, and also save the key, as a template, if you need to make additional copies of that same key in the future. It takes a credit card to process the transaction, which is also convenient, but probably adds to the cost of the key. The cost of the key was a 2-3 dollars higher than I was expecting to pay, but probably the cost of the convenience, and cc fees that the company likely has to absorb. The key worked for the lock I needed it to unlock, so functionality gets at 10/10. The only problem I have with the key is that is is made out of aluminum, or some really pliable metal alloy, and the key is not very sturdy, or heavy. It could break off in a door lock, if the lock was stubborn enough, and for that, I must let people know what they are getting, vs a standard spare key cut. If the metal composition becomes improved, I will improve my rating. Every other aspect of this company and product are good.
