Needed a brand new key fob for my push to start ford escape. Dallas was awesome. He communicated very well throughout the day. He made sure the time was convenient for me and actually met me. My father stopped in out of the blue with a lock that had no key, no tailpiece, and that needed an extra long set back (which is unusual). Ken had everything my father needed to get the lock working again! My father returned a second time with two more locks, and he was able to help him out again. Wonderful experience with Ryan, our locksmith. He completed the installation of Wi-Fi smart locks on both our front and rear doors. The job was more challenging than expected due to the handles, strike plates, and deadbolt alignment issues, but Ryan handled everything with precision and efficiency.

He made quick work of the installation, and the pricing was exactly as quoted by the owner, Tim. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
