I was having such a hard time trying to get a key programmed for my vehicle. I called a few dealerships first, and honestly, they were just rude and unhelpful. I decided to call around some more and found Nancy’s Lock & Key 569 S 4th St Chambersburg, PA, and I’m so glad I did. They were incredibly kind, patient, and so much more reasonable with their pricing. They didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions, and they offered exactly what I needed — key programming without all the attitude. I really appreciate good customer service, and they definitely delivered. Highly recommend!

I appreciated that they came out on a Sunday even though they are a 24 hr 7 day service going by there ad. I do feel they need to be more transparent on pricing. They did a good job. As well given me a idea for my next line of work. Thank you

This place is amazing. The knowledge and help these guys have and give makes them absolutely amazing. They are eager to help in anyway they can. Christian was a great technician he fixed the deadbolt and door in a timely manner and the price was very affordable. Great company and great service technician. If another problem occured I would use North Hills Lock and Safe again.

Couldn’t find the Minute Key machine and was directed back to Sporting Goods for the new key machine.
Key-Me had very comparable prices to Minute Key and even offered a first time user deal for me. My 3 specialty keys were made quick on the spot. I liked that they did buy 2 get one free and didn’t require the free one to be plain brass. MK only offers the brass for your free one.
