This company was absolutely amazing!! We locked our keys in the car. AAA wasn’t able to get in and they recommended this company. We called and they were here within the hour and was able to get in and make an extra fob for an extremely reasonable price. Couldn’t recommend them more. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I locked my keys in my closet accidentally so I had no other choice but to call a locksmith. It was 4pm on a Sunday, I called Rich, he came right away and he drive about 50 minutes to get to me which was very much appreciated. It took him not even 5 minutes to unlock my door, amazing!! needed a newer motorcycle key copied and upon arrival at Accurate Locksmith 2, there was a sign on the door stating “out on a service call” but also had a number to call so I did. he told me he expected to be back in 30-45 minutes and would call me back once he was on his way. I decided to sit and wait. with great punctuality i received a call as he said, when he said!! within 10 minutes of his return, my keys were done. super great communication and really nice guy to chat with. ill definitely be back when the need arises.

Unfortunately, this business demonstrated very unprofessional behavior.
I also witnessed discriminatory treatment toward a customer who was simply different from them, which was deeply upsetting and unacceptable.

What’s the deal with this business ordered a replacement Fob for my Audi, over a week ago said it would arrive in 2 days, haven’t heard back and nobody answers calls or returns calls. Only way they respond is if you leave a bad review. So please stay away from these crazy people not sure they understand customer service or give a damn. Searching for a new place.

They showed up quickly and got the job done. Only gripe is how expensive it is, almost $180 for them to use a little air bladder and metal hook to open my door. Took 10 seconds, I just went on Amazon a bought a kit to keep at the house for 20 bucks.

Brought my bike in because I had lost my only key, they took care of me and got me in and finished quickly prices were more than fair to have new keys made. Much cheaper and easier than replacing my ignition. It was a bit of a drive for me to get out to them but I would go back to them any day of the week with any other problems I had. All around great company and great people.

Keith’s Lock and Door service came out to install a smart, wifi-enabled deadbolt on our front door. I reached out using their “contact us” form and received a quick reply. Scheduling was easy – great communication. The technician was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He went the extra mile, testing and making adjustments to ensure that the lock worked perfectly. He made me a couple of extra keys, and spent some time making sure I understood how the lock worked, what kind of batteries to use, and what to do if I ever lose the secret codes – all the reasons we didn’t want to DIY this one. The whole thing took about 30 minutes. We will definitely use Keith’s in the future!
