Needed a brand new key fob for my push to start ford escape. Dallas was awesome. He communicated very well throughout the day. He made sure the time was convenient for me and actually met me. This was complete bs. The man I spoke with over the phone said they could get into my gunsafe no issues. They get here and looked at it for a second said they couldn’t do it and we still had to pay for the service.

While the service was fast and efficient, I did not like that I could not get all of the designs made at your machine nor did I appreciate being offered a free key for buying 2 that didn’t end up being free so I didn’t take advantage of the offer. I also think it’s kind of highway robbery how much you charge for a key when it wasn’t that long ago it was less than $2 to get a key cut elsewhere.

Steve came highly recommended from coworkers, friends, and local dealers. I lost my only car key fob. Contacted Steve via text. I dropped off a key cylinder for one of two mechanic tool chests that I have after almost a week and 5 phone calls they never got the job done. I went back to the shop and picked up my key cylinder and key and left. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.

They showed up quickly and got the job done. Only gripe is how expensive it is, almost $180 for them to use a little air bladder and metal hook to open my door. Took 10 seconds, I just went on Amazon a bought a kit to keep at the house for 20 bucks.
