I cannot express enough how professional, efficient and courteous Rich was. I called at 8am and he was at my home by 9am. And I live about 20 miles away. He is knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I was stuck at a gas pump today at a sheetz I called got a amamzing quote only 50 dollars to unlock my car!!! This man Dennis is a life saver! Not only was he very easy to talk to, but he was respectful a gentleman all the way, punctual about his timing as he said he would meet me in 20 minutes the man showed up sooner than that! I am so glad that I stumbled upon Sprouse’s. I have been trying to schedule an appointment with other locksmiths in my area, to cut and program, a new key and fob for my vehicle.

I was able to reach out to him at the beginning of the day in less than an hour had a new key and fob are ready to go.

And the price was definitely better, than going to a dealership and even some of my other local locksmiths.

I will say that, as of the rating of this review, they are in the middle of a transition from their previous location to their current location. That said there is plenty of parking and easy to find.

Tim was a pleasure to work with, and should I have any further locksmith needs, he will be my go to.

Steve came highly recommended from coworkers, friends, and local dealers. I lost my only car key fob. Contacted Steve via text. Practically an immediate response came on what to do and what to expect. He arrived within 20 minutes like he said. In less than 15 minutes he had a new key cut, programmed, and was on his way.
