I recently visited The Flying Locksmiths to have a deadbolt re-keyed. The staff was really nice and was able to offer help immediately. Unfortunately when I placed the deadbolt back in the door in did not work properly. It could be my lack of knowledge on how it should be properly set so I can’t falter the Flying Locksmiths. Overall I was happy with the service and the mere fact they were willing to help. Since the lock update didn’t work, TFL did not charge me for any parts. Very good customer service. I would recommend this business for anyone with lock issues and let them come to the home and install instead of trying to do it yourself – like I did. Also, if you are lucky, you may even meet a Jedi a the Easton location.

Bill Timman knows his stuff. I have a lock from an ebike that had no keys to unlock the battery from the bike. Bill pulled it off. I had called another locksmith and he said no way can this be done. Well Bill from the Lock Doctor did it.

I am so glad that I stumbled upon Sprouse’s. I have been trying to schedule an appointment with other locksmiths in my area, to cut and program, a new key and fob for my vehicle.

I was able to reach out to him at the beginning of the day in less than an hour had a new key and fob are ready to go.

And the price was definitely better, than going to a dealership and even some of my other local locksmiths.

I will say that, as of the rating of this review, they are in the middle of a transition from their previous location to their current location. That said there is plenty of parking and easy to find.

Tim was a pleasure to work with, and should I have any further locksmith needs, he will be my go to.

Bought 4 keys thru their kiosk at ShopRite. Still have not received my keys. I called their customer service. They claimed it had been shipped and that I would finally receive my keys late, but on Saturday. I asked for a tracking number and they said they would email me the tracking number. Never received an email or a tracking number. They then claimed they were having trouble emailing me. Now I have the hassle of having to file a dispute with my bank and notifying ShopRite that I’ve been cheated by their kiosk. No keys, no voluntary refund and no honesty on their part. Buyer Beware.

The machine was very easy to use and all three of my new keys work perfectly.

Best of all, I didn’t have to spend 10 minutes trying to find someone who could help me. I selected home key, slid my key into the slot, selected the quantity of keys I needed and off it went.

I was hoping to also make a new car key, but you can’t create a ready-to-use car key without a locksmith.

John from Keith’s Lock and Door Service was professional, courteous, and efficient when rekeying my four locks. He even came back to rekey one additional lock we had initially overlooked—at no additional cost. Excellent service and attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Had two keys made with One free key two keys match the front door, but the third key for the second door does not work. You put it in and it does not unlock the door. turn on left side does not work does not match the key on the right. would like to be reimbursed or giving credit for having it prepared correctly

I needed a new door key to be made. The machine walked me through the entire process. Easy touch screen directions. Fun options for different designs. The key works as it should.
