First time using the vending machine to make keys instead of a person and must say that the quality and cutting workmanship was very good. Can be pricey if you buy 1 key, but if you buy 2 of the same, you get a free one which lowers the price of all 3 averaged out. Discounts available on additional keys too.

I was having such a hard time trying to get a key programmed for my vehicle. I called a few dealerships first, and honestly, they were just rude and unhelpful. I decided to call around some more and found Nancy’s Lock & Key 569 S 4th St Chambersburg, PA, and I’m so glad I did. They were incredibly kind, patient, and so much more reasonable with their pricing. They didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions, and they offered exactly what I needed — key programming without all the attitude. This was an amazing experience! Communication was so easy and Allan was able to change my lock and add a dead bolt in just an hour. The price was affordable and Allan was a pleasure! You’ll see the before and after of our front doors – truly changed the appearance! (From small silver knobs, to the gold handles with a smart dead bolt!)

Pretty neat! Verry convenient not having to track down a store employee to make a key then have it wrong anyway, five stars if there were more of a key design selection. Also liked the record of the digital key it keeps on file if you ever lost your master keys you could just have on made from the digital file stored from the email they sent you. Technology today!!!😯
