This was an amazing experience! Communication was so easy and Allan was able to change my lock and add a dead bolt in just an hour. The price was affordable and Allan was a pleasure! I really have to let everyone no my story the house that my wife and 3 kids went up in flames 3 day ago in langhorne the whole home was a complete loss. I lost everything in the fire even my car keys I call Dan’s lock Smith and ask the lady of the phone if they do with emergency services she said yes i told her that i’m going to need is with three hours because I had to relocate because of the house fire she said yes i also how much the price was going to be the price was amazing.I was expecting it’s be high but it was the cheapest around dan got to my car with in a hour. The service was amazing got the job done quick. At the end of all this dan then looked up to my house saw the pile of rubble from the fire and said no charge there are people that go into business for straight profit , and there’s other people that go into business that are kind and amazing human beings dan is one of them thank you so much I really didn’t have all that money and it made me cry knowing there are great people stillOut there in the world today . The original post was for the wrong business. I used a Minute Key Kiosk at a Lowes store. I ordered 4 key copies. The blanks are very lightweight and cheap. The machine made three keys successfully and fouled up the fourth one and did not even eject it. The employees at Lowes did not have a key to open the machine to get the last key. I did not have time to deal with it, so I left having only received 3 of the 4 keys I ordered. I think I will not use this service again because I did not like the quality and I would prefer to have a person available in case of a problem like the one I experienced.
