I called Bulldog at 2 minutes to closing on a Friday because my father in law locked his keys in his car. I honestly didn’t expect them to answer the phone much less be willing to come out. Jason was at the house within an hour and had us in the car within 15 minutes. Even made us a spare key. He was polite and when we asked questions he answered without appearing bothered. It was a very pleasant interaction after a very long afternoon.

Super easy and fast! Key was done in less than a min…may be longer if you need more than 1 key. Many designs to choose from as well. I think adding a “pay with cash” option would be good for those who don’t have a card. But I also understand the maintenance behind having that option and the hiccups that could rise if a refund is requested. But yea….super easy and fast!!!!

Chris (the owner) and his coworker Shawn did a fantastic job. They were on time, professional, and very friendly from start to finish. They installed a 4-camera security system and completed a lock replacement, and everything was done efficiently and cleanly.

What really stood out was how they took the time to explain how everything works, answered all of my questions quickly, and made sure I was comfortable using the system before they left. Their pricing was honest and upfront, with no surprises—very easy to understand exactly what we were getting.

I lost my key and thought I’d have to replace the whole lock, but these guys really came through. Super friendly, very professional, and the price was way lower than I expected. Lost my only key fob to my 2008 Prius. Anyone familiar with this car knows that without the fob you cannot move the car or even take it out of gear. Plus the battery will die if not run within around 10 days. Brandi ordered me a new fob, came to my house and programmed it as I couldn’t get it to their shop. She even put a battery backup on my battery while she programmed it as it was on it’s last bit of energy. Thanks Brandi.You did a Great job. I recommend these folks to anyone.
