Emilio is absolutely amazing and has helped us twice now. The last time it was a Friday night and we had someone staying at our cottage who locked themselves out in the rain. When I called him he told me he could come but that he was 1 hr and 20 minutes away so I told him let me see if I could find someone to get their quicker. I called 8 other places and no one else would come which was incredibly frustrating, the other people would only come when it was convenient for them despite people standing in the rain wirh no phone or wallets. Emilio ended up coming and absolutely saved us that night and I will never forget it, he is the only locksmith I will be using in the Poconos areas 👏 🙌

Greg was amazing! I called and within the hour he was at my house and solved my problem. His professionalism & kindness made my “bad day” into a stress free day. I thought I was going to have to pay $$ to get a new key/programed but thankfully after a thorough review it turns out that placing a bling decorative sticked around the ignition was blocking the sensors preventing the key fob to work properly. I had been using my remote start to start my car so when that failed I was lost on what to do.
Greg tested to make sure key fob had chip, batteries were working in both fobs and once the sticker was removed from blocking the sensors – he reset my key fob and got everything working properly!
Excellent customer service is hard to find these days so Thank You for not only saving my day but for also going that extra mile with your courtesy! I highly recommend Key My Ride! Key notes to point out – didn’t make an appointment due to my situation, he showed up quickly since he happened to be in the area on a job and got my keys working in no time on his way to another appointment.
So for him to take the time and effort when could have easily made me wait for another day says a lot about the character and integrity for this company! AND I was NOT charged hundreds of dollars for the “emergency ” last minute service call. 🤗
