Chris (the owner) and his coworker Shawn did a fantastic job. They were on time, professional, and very friendly from start to finish. They installed a 4-camera security system and completed a lock replacement, and everything was done efficiently and cleanly.

What really stood out was how they took the time to explain how everything works, answered all of my questions quickly, and made sure I was comfortable using the system before they left. Their pricing was honest and upfront, with no surprises—very easy to understand exactly what we were getting.

Great workmanship, great communication, and great people. Highly recommend Pocono Locksmith!

Emilio is absolutely amazing and has helped us twice now. The last time it was a Friday night and we had someone staying at our cottage who locked themselves out in the rain. When I called him he told me he could come but that he was 1 hr and 20 minutes away so I told him let me see if I could find someone to get their quicker. I called 8 other places and no one else would come which was incredibly frustrating, the other people would only come when it was convenient for them despite people standing in the rain wirh no phone or wallets. Emilio ended up coming and absolutely saved us that night and I will never forget it, he is the only locksmith I will be using in the Poconos areas 👏 🙌

Greg was amazing! I called and within the hour he was at my house and solved my problem. His professionalism & kindness made my “bad day” into a stress free day. I thought I was going to have to pay $$ to get a new key/programed but thankfully after a thorough review it turns out that placing a bling decorative sticked around the ignition was blocking the sensors preventing the key fob to work properly. I had been using my remote start to start my car so when that failed I was lost on what to do.
Greg tested to make sure key fob had chip, batteries were working in both fobs and once the sticker was removed from blocking the sensors – he reset my key fob and got everything working properly!
Excellent customer service is hard to find these days so Thank You for not only saving my day but for also going that extra mile with your courtesy! I highly recommend Key My Ride! Key notes to point out – didn’t make an appointment due to my situation, he showed up quickly since he happened to be in the area on a job and got my keys working in no time on his way to another appointment.
So for him to take the time and effort when could have easily made me wait for another day says a lot about the character and integrity for this company! AND I was NOT charged hundreds of dollars for the “emergency ” last minute service call. 🤗

Genaro was amazing!!!! I cannot say enough great things about him!!! I called 4 different businesses over a 2 hour period. He was the only one that responded and actually showed up. He was here in 35 minutes and had my 2012 GMC Sierra unlocked in less than 5 minutes. He honestly saved my night and my work day tomorrow!! I would give 10 starts if it was possible. I am so glad that I stumbled upon Sprouse’s. I have been trying to schedule an appointment with other locksmiths in my area, to cut and program, a new key and fob for my vehicle.

I was able to reach out to him at the beginning of the day in less than an hour had a new key and fob are ready to go.

And the price was definitely better, than going to a dealership and even some of my other local locksmiths.

I will say that, as of the rating of this review, they are in the middle of a transition from their previous location to their current location. That said there is plenty of parking and easy to find.

Tim was a pleasure to work with, and should I have any further locksmith needs, he will be my go to.

Minute Key was super easy to use and the keys worked great. I had three keys made. I also liked that there were designs on the keys and quite a few to choose from.
