After 10 days, I needed to call and was told that my key back ordered, they didn’t know when I will receive it will refund my in 5 days when they should have been emailing me updated

Outstanding! We misplaced the key for a complicated lock on our french doors. Chris responded quickly. We are very pleased to say, he is a true professional locksmith. Arrived on time and quickly took care of making those new keys. Then, when we asked if he could also, he synchronized the key locking on a second door and storm door with new keys. All working great now.

If you ever need a locksmith, Steve is your guy. He arrived in less than 15 minutes, was extremely friendly and helpful with the process of assessing our issues, and fixed TWO of our doors in less than half an hour. He truly went above and beyond to help us ensure we wouldn’t ever have issues with our locks in the future.

I called and requested for a tech to come out and create a replacement key. They refused to give me a quote over the phone which was suspicious but I tried them anyway. This company lied about the time their technician would arrive and continued to lie about their arrival time after I called multiple times in 45 minutes increments to check in. 2.5 hours later here I am writing this review at rush hour waiting for a Lyft. People in Conshohocken who need quality locksmith services should use Pop Lock out of Paoli who will be professional and do the right job. This is a scam company.
