I had an extra house key made. and I tried it when I got home. The key easily went into the lock, but wouldn’t turn. After repeatedly trying the next day, It turned a little bit. I thought to pull it out of the lock a little bit, and the key turned until the door became unlocked. I’m glad it worked, but I’m disappointed with the poor duplication. Overall, the quality is poor with no human there.

I recently used their lockout service, and I can’t imagine a better service experience! I highly recommend this organization if you need a locksmith. I needed an after hours emergency locksmith and the company dispatched Paul to assist me.
Paul was a great communicator, explained pricing clearly in advance of arrival, and also let me know his ETA to assist me. True to what he said he was there at time expected. I appreciated that even late at night he showed up in uniform with a clearly identifiable vehicle (sounds small, but for a woman needing service after dark it provided a small measure of comfort for who I was dealing with.) Paul worked around the fact that I had three aggressive dogs, and still had the lock open in a flash. After a horrible night, of multiple challenges, Paul’s service was a bright spot. I’m not sure if he felt like it or not, but he was certainly the hero of my day, and ensured I could access my home and attend to my dogs who were locked in the house.
Thank you Paul, your assistance meant more than you can imagine.
If you need a locksmith in Hanover, Pa, or in the surrounding areas, and want quality, efficient service, call this company! If I could have rated them higher, I would have!

This man Dennis is a life saver! Not only was he very easy to talk to, but he was respectful a gentleman all the way, punctual about his timing as he said he would meet me in 20 minutes the man showed up sooner than that! And on a holiday at that! Beyond a fair price for his work definitely would recommend! Thanks again Dennis your awesome man!

Had my doubts about using the kiosk at Gettysburg Walmart for my keys but I gave it a try and it was a First all keys worked! In the past I’ve used HomeDepot for my keys and more than once I had to return them because they didn’t work! Great Job

Had three keys made to fit the same four locks on two doors; doorknob and deadbolt locks on each. None of the new keys worked when first tried. Only after inserting and removing each key about 50 times and using lubricant did their roughness wear off and they finally started working very stiffly. Never had this problem before with any copied keys, and I won’t use this key copying/cutting method again.
