I accidentally locked myself out of my house this .morning. Berks Security Locksmith came and got my door open in a timely manner and I was only 30 minutes late for work. I commend them and highly recommend them.

Saw another review dated 4 weeks ago with only pictures of empty space. I still went out as it was close to home, only lost 10 minutes of my day. There are no locksmith businesses on this location, no signs, no phone numbers, as of September 11, 2025.
5 stars otherwise people may miss this review and drive to find no business here.

I cannot express enough how professional, efficient and courteous Rich was. I called at 8am and he was at my home by 9am. And I live about 20 miles away. He is knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

My father stopped in out of the blue with a lock that had no key, no tailpiece, and that needed an extra long set back (which is unusual). Ken had everything my father needed to get the lock working again! My father returned a second time with two more locks, and he was able to help him out again. Ken was reasonable, reliable, and overall great — if you have any lock issues please give Ken a call first.

This man Dennis is a life saver! Not only was he very easy to talk to, but he was respectful a gentleman all the way, punctual about his timing as he said he would meet me in 20 minutes the man showed up sooner than that! And on a holiday at that! Beyond a fair price for his work definitely would recommend! Thanks again Dennis your awesome man!

This place is amazing. The knowledge and help these guys have and give makes them absolutely amazing. They are eager to help in anyway they can. Good experience. Needed my whole house rekeyed and several locks changed out. Using their web page didn’t work, but calling to set up an appointment was quick and easy. Good communication with updates about when they’d arrive. John and John were very friendly and professional, and got the work done with no problems or issues. Highly recommend.
