I cannot express enough how professional, efficient and courteous Rich was. I called at 8am and he was at my home by 9am. And I live about 20 miles away. He is knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Good experience. Needed my whole house rekeyed and several locks changed out. Using their web page didn’t work, but calling to set up an appointment was quick and easy. Good communication with updates about when they’d arrive. John and John were very friendly and professional, and got the work done with no problems or issues. Highly recommend.

This man Dennis is a life saver! Not only was he very easy to talk to, but he was respectful a gentleman all the way, punctual about his timing as he said he would meet me in 20 minutes the man showed up sooner than that! Scheduled an appointment to have our locks changed. Was told that we couldn’t setup a specific time, we would just need to wait on call to meet with the technician from some time between 9 and 4. OK, not great but we’ll roll with it. Received a call at 2 pm on the designated day informing us that, no, it turns out the technician won’t be making it out to our house after all. Burned a day waiting on them. The flying locksmiths clearly don’t have much respect for their customer’s time.

DON’T PAY THE DEALER FOR KEY FOB!
I was quoted over $1100 for my Hyundai key fob and programming at the dealer. I spoke with Henry’s key and they were extremely knowledgeable and kind on the phone. I was able to schedule an appointment around my work and their location is very convenient.
Programming and cutting the weird key cost me around $120, and while the fob was a little more expensive than the best ebay/amazon price, buying from them guarantees that it’ll work the first time, no issues. So much cheaper than the dealer and even other locksmiths.
Save our local artisans, you will never get this service or expertise from “on-line” or those walmart kiosks that usually cost more from the start anyway.
