Chris (the owner) and his coworker Shawn did a fantastic job. They were on time, professional, and very friendly from start to finish. They installed a 4-camera security system and completed a lock replacement, and everything was done efficiently and cleanly.

What really stood out was how they took the time to explain how everything works, answered all of my questions quickly, and made sure I was comfortable using the system before they left. Their pricing was honest and upfront, with no surprises—very easy to understand exactly what we were getting.

He installed my keyless locks very professionally. He worked through a couple of issues with the door frame, which took some time. He didn’t leave until he was sure the locks were working properly and that we understood how to program them. I definitely recommend him and will hire him again in the future!

I recently visited The Flying Locksmiths to have a deadbolt re-keyed. The staff was really nice and was able to offer help immediately. Unfortunately when I placed the deadbolt back in the door in did not work properly. It could be my lack of knowledge on how it should be properly set so I can’t falter the Flying Locksmiths. Overall I was happy with the service and the mere fact they were willing to help. Since the lock update didn’t work, TFL did not charge me for any parts. Very good customer service. I would recommend this business for anyone with lock issues and let them come to the home and install instead of trying to do it yourself – like I did. Also, if you are lucky, you may even meet a Jedi a the Easton location.

Brought my bike in because I had lost my only key, they took care of me and got me in and finished quickly prices were more than fair to have new keys made. Much cheaper and easier than replacing my ignition. It was a bit of a drive for me to get out to them but I would go back to them any day of the week with any other problems I had. All around great company and great people.

Great experience all around with Pop-a-lock. On very short notice, Mr. Okoli repaired my car keys that were breaking right before a holiday weekend. Really appreciated that there is an in-person location, as I didn’t need a locksmith to come to me (although he does that too). Super friendly service – he explained what he was doing and why – and fair prices for such thoughtful and detailed work. Thank you!
