Called this company cuz I seen it had good ratings so I thought I’d give it a shot. Glad because it was definitely worth it! I have a 2024 Dodge so expected it was going to be super pricey turns out I paid way less than I expected! Aside from that the customer service was excellent! This is a great company to go to if you’re in need of a key thank you guys for your promptness and professionalism👍👍

Jackson is one of those people that you are blessed to do business with if you choose to. What a nice guy! I had to have keys made for my mother and he accommodated me on every turn. Friday morning, my ignition key unexpectedly detached from the key fob as I started my car. Made the mistake of driving to work instead of just working from home in Philadelphia. I was unable to restart the car from the outdoor parking lot of my job in Paoli. Had to leave the car there and catch a ride home. Fast forward to Monday after receiving a recommendation to try Pop-A-Lock, I got in contact with Emeka to secure an appointment. First, he gave me instructions in how to start my car even with the detached key. Then I visited the premises and he gave me some valuable options to consider. When all was said and done, I opted for a new key that would be separate from the key fob. I saved myself over 50% of what it would have cost if I had a new replacement fob programmed along with a new key made. Emeka was clear in his communication with me, provided quality service and treated me as a valued customer. I recommend him as your locksmith if you are in Paoli or anywhere in Philadelphia’s western suburbs.
