Mike is absolutely outstanding! From the moment we called, Mike was professional, friendly, and quick to help. He arrived on time, and went out of his way to help us. Mum and Dad’s house was left unsecured and he went out straight away to change the locks.
He explained everything clearly, and handled the job with skill and care and even video called to show me the work he’d done.

I was stuck at a gas pump today at a sheetz I called got a amamzing quote only 50 dollars to unlock my car!!! I give a four star only because I stopped at the machine a few weeks back and they had regular golden and silver keys,nothing fancy.. So I waited. This time they had the dog prints, which was awesome that that’s exactly what I wanted. And they had a nice pretty butterfly one eagle one polkadotted one.. The four stars is because I feel as though they should have more of a variety in there for The ones that are being made right there. Other than that, everything was great.. 😊

I was very pleased with my keys when they arrived at my house. I should’ve looked closer when I was having them done because I actually wanted them on the same day, but I missed the point where it said about having them the same day. They did not take long through the mail, so I was very happy about that. If there was one thing that I think could be improved on and maybe it was just a fluke, but my keys that I received were rough and had the metal flakes still on the keys. I think it would be nice to do a quick smooth polish on the machine just to make sure there isn’t loose metal flakes attached to the keys. All in all I’m quite pleased and would highly recommend KeyMe locksmiths.

We were running late coming from over an hour away and they waited for us. They were friendly, knowledgeable and well priced or so I thought anyway. We were told they could program a Honda Civic hybrid within a few minutes and for $99. We ended up having to leave the car for a couple of days because they couldn’t program it. Then on Christmas Eve because we didn’t have the new price of $175 we were without a car for over a week and for the holidays. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I was having such a hard time trying to get a key programmed for my vehicle. I called a few dealerships first, and honestly, they were just rude and unhelpful. I decided to call around some more and found Nancy’s Lock & Key 569 S 4th St Chambersburg, PA, and I’m so glad I did. They were incredibly kind, patient, and so much more reasonable with their pricing. They didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions, and they offered exactly what I needed — key programming without all the attitude. While the service was fast and efficient, I did not like that I could not get all of the designs made at your machine nor did I appreciate being offered a free key for buying 2 that didn’t end up being free so I didn’t take advantage of the offer. I also think it’s kind of highway robbery how much you charge for a key when it wasn’t that long ago it was less than $2 to get a key cut elsewhere.

Very satisfied with my dealings with Keystone Lock Company (Langhorne). I needed 2 exterior door lock sets and deadbolts rekeyed and multiple new keys for them. My initial contact was via their website and Jackie was very responsive and helpful. I brought the locks in and was able to wait for them to be completed. Work was completed quickly and their staff was friendly & professional I would highly recommend this business.
