This was complete bs. The man I spoke with over the phone said they could get into my gunsafe no issues. They get here and looked at it for a second said they couldn’t do it and we still had to pay for the service.

While the service was fast and efficient, I did not like that I could not get all of the designs made at your machine nor did I appreciate being offered a free key for buying 2 that didn’t end up being free so I didn’t take advantage of the offer. I also think it’s kind of highway robbery how much you charge for a key when it wasn’t that long ago it was less than $2 to get a key cut elsewhere.

We were running late coming from over an hour away and they waited for us. They were friendly, knowledgeable and well priced or so I thought anyway. We were told they could program a Honda Civic hybrid within a few minutes and for $99. We ended up having to leave the car for a couple of days because they couldn’t program it. Then on Christmas Eve because we didn’t have the new price of $175 we were without a car for over a week and for the holidays. 🤦🏼♀️

I was hesitant to have a machine make a key for me but I didn’t want to wait for an associate to make one for me as one was not available. I followed the simple directions and the machine did the rest. When the key was finished I compared my key with the new key and it looked as if it was totally wrong. I knew if it was I could get a refund with no hassle. I took the key to my door lock and it worked perfectly! Even though it was 2 dollars more it was worth the money to have the machine do it. I most likely will keep having it done on the key machine.

Followed all instructions & key doesn’t work. I spent over 20 minutes on hold waiting for the 11 previous callers to be processed & then received a recording indicating no one was available to take my call. Then I received an email to report my issue that included a clause to be added to their mailing list once the link was opened. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE… it’s an expensive hoax. I regret not reading reviews before using this service my self.

Doesn’t actually cut and program vehicle keys on site. The machine scans your keys and they’ll ship it to you for what they claim is roughly $60 less than a dealership would.
