Emilio was excellent! Called him on a Saturday and he came out later in the day and helped us out. He was incredibly professional and kind. We highly recommend him.

The lock on my aging commercial door failed suddenly, meaning customers would not be able to enter AND I couldn’t exit through the front! I called New Castle Lock & Key, left a message and got a call back in a very short time. I described my situation and they responded within a few hours. Even though the old lock was quite outdated, I was provided an excellent replacement that same day, allowing me to be open for business on schedule.

Chris (the owner) and his coworker Shawn did a fantastic job. They were on time, professional, and very friendly from start to finish. They installed a 4-camera security system and completed a lock replacement, and everything was done efficiently and cleanly.

What really stood out was how they took the time to explain how everything works, answered all of my questions quickly, and made sure I was comfortable using the system before they left. Their pricing was honest and upfront, with no surprises—very easy to understand exactly what we were getting.

I can’t recommend Shawn enough, he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and timely. We had an issue with our mortise lock and he was able to take a look within an hour of my call. He quickly figured out the issue and had a solution, but recommended we contact the manufacturer to see if we would be able to receive a free replacement. I’m so happy he had that suggestion because the manufacturer was able to provide a replacement for free. Would absolutely call Kingstone for any other locksmith needs in the future!
