I was stuck at a gas pump today at a sheetz I called got a amamzing quote only 50 dollars to unlock my car!!! They sent someone out they called me and had great communication he showed up in a timely manner was super quick I mean it took him under 2 minutes to unlock it that was amazing because I was already 2 hours late for work so the quicker the better I needed it and DALLAS provides quick efficiency and great communication 10/10 5 stars totally recommended Dauphin Locksmith to anyone in need!! World 🌍 class experience at Gilboe’s Lock & Safe LLC. The great experience started off with me reaching via email for a price quote and scheduling for a couple of weeks while I budgeted. I spoke with Angie on multiple occasions and she was beyond amazing each and every time with prompt responses and great next steps, friendliness along the way!

Which leads me to today, enjoyed a nice drive to the location and were a bit earlier than scheduled; which was no problem for them at all and Al kindly had me park our car (carrying my wife and our puppy) in the shaded area; which benefitted him and them; that in itself was a convivence; that anywhere that doesn’t care wouldn’t provide! (We’ve all been there and we know when people don’t care)

Al greeted me inside and was super friendly and welcoming! Had a brief wait, while he quickly cut my new Honda CR-V key and than out we went to program the key FOB! He kindly engaged with our “eager to meet him”, 9 month old puppy; as he worked and within a matter of minutes, he was done! I thanked him for his quick, amazing work and kindness and headed inside to take care of the bill with Angie! The amount of money saved here versus going to the dealership/manufacture is easily 3 fold! Which is another reason I’ve stuck with my “franken-remote” for much longer than I would have liked. (Two winters❄️ already where I would end up locked out of my vehicle going to get groceries 😥, sigh. No more!! I digress)

Overall: A+++ experience at Gilboe’s Lock & Safe LLC! 🎉🥳

David was on time and very professional..he was speedy and was absolutely a pleasure to deal with I would not want anyone else but David to do the keys and fob for me.. I highly recommend.. He has all the equipment needed to do a great job and so much better then going to the dealer and even better he came to us .. I was not expecting that… I saved the info in my phone so if I ever need a key , fob ,or pop alock he’s the person I’m calling.. again I highly recommend David

While the service was fast and efficient, I did not like that I could not get all of the designs made at your machine nor did I appreciate being offered a free key for buying 2 that didn’t end up being free so I didn’t take advantage of the offer. I also think it’s kind of highway robbery how much you charge for a key when it wasn’t that long ago it was less than $2 to get a key cut elsewhere.

We were running late coming from over an hour away and they waited for us. They were friendly, knowledgeable and well priced or so I thought anyway. We were told they could program a Honda Civic hybrid within a few minutes and for $99. We ended up having to leave the car for a couple of days because they couldn’t program it. Then on Christmas Eve because we didn’t have the new price of $175 we were without a car for over a week and for the holidays. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I was very pleased with my keys when they arrived at my house. I should’ve looked closer when I was having them done because I actually wanted them on the same day, but I missed the point where it said about having them the same day. They did not take long through the mail, so I was very happy about that. If there was one thing that I think could be improved on and maybe it was just a fluke, but my keys that I received were rough and had the metal flakes still on the keys. I think it would be nice to do a quick smooth polish on the machine just to make sure there isn’t loose metal flakes attached to the keys. All in all I’m quite pleased and would highly recommend KeyMe locksmiths.

DON’T PAY THE DEALER FOR KEY FOB!
I was quoted over $1100 for my Hyundai key fob and programming at the dealer. I spoke with Henry’s key and they were extremely knowledgeable and kind on the phone. I was able to schedule an appointment around my work and their location is very convenient.
Programming and cutting the weird key cost me around $120, and while the fob was a little more expensive than the best ebay/amazon price, buying from them guarantees that it’ll work the first time, no issues. So much cheaper than the dealer and even other locksmiths.
Save our local artisans, you will never get this service or expertise from “on-line” or those walmart kiosks that usually cost more from the start anyway.
