Owner was a very nice guy (which is why I gave 2 instead of 1 star) but I can’t recommend this place. After I finally brought both my keyblade and blank in on my day off, which meant I had to bring both of my toddlers because the VERY limited the hours forbid me from ever going after work or during the day on the weekend. I finally arrive to find out after like 5-10 minutes of chasing my toddlers around the shop, that it wasn’t possible to copy my key without bringing the car there and looking at the lock cylinder number. Unfortunately my wife drives the other car whose key needed copying and was at work so I would have to come by another time. So unfortunately I had to go to a locksmith in PA (but was in that area already for another reason) and though it was $20 more, I was in and out and had the key copied in like 3 minutes. Really sad that there’s no good affordable locksmiths nearby but I tried.

I was having such a hard time trying to get a key programmed for my vehicle. I called a few dealerships first, and honestly, they were just rude and unhelpful. I decided to call around some more and found Nancy’s Lock & Key 569 S 4th St Chambersburg, PA, and I’m so glad I did. They were incredibly kind, patient, and so much more reasonable with their pricing. They didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions, and they offered exactly what I needed — key programming without all the attitude. I really appreciate good customer service, and they definitely delivered. Highly recommend!

Outstanding! We misplaced the key for a complicated lock on our french doors. Chris responded quickly. We are very pleased to say, he is a true professional locksmith. Arrived on time and quickly took care of making those new keys. Then, when we asked if he could also, he synchronized the key locking on a second door and storm door with new keys. All working great now.

I give a four star only because I stopped at the machine a few weeks back and they had regular golden and silver keys,nothing fancy.. So I waited. This time they had the dog prints, which was awesome that that’s exactly what I wanted. And they had a nice pretty butterfly one eagle one polkadotted one.. The four stars is because I feel as though they should have more of a variety in there for The ones that are being made right there. Other than that, everything was great.. 😊

My key fob for my van was not working right. Not locking or unlocking doors. Panic button not working. I was concerned it would not start the van anymore. Prices I was quoted to replace it was crazy high. I stopped at Spory’s and got a new one at half what the other places were quoting me. Thank you.
