Bought 4 keys thru their kiosk at ShopRite. Still have not received my keys. I called their customer service. They claimed it had been shipped and that I would finally receive my keys late, but on Saturday. I asked for a tracking number and they said they would email me the tracking number. Never received an email or a tracking number. They then claimed they were having trouble emailing me. Now I have the hassle of having to file a dispute with my bank and notifying ShopRite that I’ve been cheated by their kiosk. No keys, no voluntary refund and no honesty on their part. Buyer Beware.

I recently visited The Flying Locksmiths to have a deadbolt re-keyed. The staff was really nice and was able to offer help immediately. Unfortunately when I placed the deadbolt back in the door in did not work properly. It could be my lack of knowledge on how it should be properly set so I can’t falter the Flying Locksmiths. Overall I was happy with the service and the mere fact they were willing to help. Since the lock update didn’t work, TFL did not charge me for any parts. Very good customer service. I would recommend this business for anyone with lock issues and let them come to the home and install instead of trying to do it yourself – like I did. Also, if you are lucky, you may even meet a Jedi a the Easton location.

The machine was very easy to use and all three of my new keys work perfectly.

Best of all, I didn’t have to spend 10 minutes trying to find someone who could help me. I selected home key, slid my key into the slot, selected the quantity of keys I needed and off it went.

I was hoping to also make a new car key, but you can’t create a ready-to-use car key without a locksmith.
