We were running late coming from over an hour away and they waited for us. They were friendly, knowledgeable and well priced or so I thought anyway. We were told they could program a Honda Civic hybrid within a few minutes and for $99. We ended up having to leave the car for a couple of days because they couldn’t program it. Then on Christmas Eve because we didn’t have the new price of $175 we were without a car for over a week and for the holidays. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I paid more than double what it normally costs to get a key made at Lowe’s and I had to do it myself. If I have to do it myself than the cost should he half not double. Not interested and will NOT use this method again needed a key in a hurry and my store key machine was down. I will be sure to plan way ahead in the future to be sure I don’t have to use this.

Also key quality is terrible. The keys feel very flimsy and like they would bend or break easily. It had better not break off in my door.
