I was very pleased with the service Shearer delivered. They were great with the site survey and recommending cameras to fit my needs. The install was seamless to me. The installer was great at teaching me all the system can do and he was overly concerned for my satisfaction. I have nothing but great things to say about Shearer. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a security system. The price was very affordable as well.

I called Gary because I couldn’t open my safe. I didn’t know where the battery compartment was and I wasn’t sure if it was corroded. We had our valuable papers in it. I knew the combination and could hear the click after tapping in the combination on the keyboard but it wouldn’t open. Gary told me he would help me by telling me how to open my safe over the phone. Gary was so patient with telling me it’s most likely the batteries are dead. He asked me to take pictures of the safe and send to him. He looked at the pictures I sent and called me back and said there must be a battery located around the keypad. I couldn’t turn the keypad board as he suggested but after that decided to I take another close up picture of that keypad. On that closeup photo I could see a compartment with a push down tab . After pushing that tab down, I was able to pull out the compartment and find the batteries. I immediately replaced the batteries. Voila!! The safe opened easily with new batteries.
I never needed a costly service call, but I was so happy to get Gary’s assistance over the phone!!

I was stuck at a gas pump today at a sheetz I called got a amamzing quote only 50 dollars to unlock my car!!! Alan was the best for real this guy took so much time to help me get a spare key. my car ended up needing a jump and that man did not hesitate to help me jump my car. Keys are cheaper than the dealerships and are good quality. He was very friendly and awesome to talk to. 5/5 For me Would recommend to anyone needing a key this place is for you.

we always want to support a local business. if you want a key made in the east end your only choices are this place and home depot, literally. well, the hours on this place are pathetic, closing at 1pm m-f, no weekend hours. so you can guess where you’re gonna end up getting a key made and it ain’t here. the ONE time i was able to make it in they were fine and the keys were at least cheap.
