Joe is a pretty awesome, genuine guy. Could not be more pleased with the overall experience and service/expertise. We were locked out on New Year’s Eve, Joe was able to meet us within 30 minutes and took all of 45 seconds to unlock the door. Extremely talented and professional. Could have overcharged us but did not. Other companies wanted to charge a king’s ransom and were unreliable and/or scams. Will never use another locksmith company!

I called Gary because I couldn’t open my safe. I didn’t know where the battery compartment was and I wasn’t sure if it was corroded. We had our valuable papers in it. I knew the combination and could hear the click after tapping in the combination on the keyboard but it wouldn’t open. Gary told me he would help me by telling me how to open my safe over the phone. Gary was so patient with telling me it’s most likely the batteries are dead. He asked me to take pictures of the safe and send to him. He looked at the pictures I sent and called me back and said there must be a battery located around the keypad. I couldn’t turn the keypad board as he suggested but after that decided to I take another close up picture of that keypad. On that closeup photo I could see a compartment with a push down tab . After pushing that tab down, I was able to pull out the compartment and find the batteries. I immediately replaced the batteries. Voila!! The safe opened easily with new batteries.
I never needed a costly service call, but I was so happy to get Gary’s assistance over the phone!!

Very grateful for Dovid and his team! They are arrived promptly, were polite, did great work at a reasonable price.

We live in an older house in sq hill. They were able to replace a doorknob that was old and worn out. Thanks again!

Christian was a great technician he fixed the deadbolt and door in a timely manner and the price was very affordable. Great company and great service technician. If another problem occured I would use North Hills Lock and Safe again.

we always want to support a local business. if you want a key made in the east end your only choices are this place and home depot, literally. well, the hours on this place are pathetic, closing at 1pm m-f, no weekend hours. so you can guess where you’re gonna end up getting a key made and it ain’t here. the ONE time i was able to make it in they were fine and the keys were at least cheap.
