While the service was fast and efficient, I did not like that I could not get all of the designs made at your machine nor did I appreciate being offered a free key for buying 2 that didn’t end up being free so I didn’t take advantage of the offer. I also think it’s kind of highway robbery how much you charge for a key when it wasn’t that long ago it was less than $2 to get a key cut elsewhere.

Excellent service! They made keys for my bike rack, my eBikes, and camper while I waited. I’d taken these keys to two other places and they just scratched their heads. All the keys work perfectly. Keys are very hard to use in door ekey shavings still on key when they got dispensed as they were not cut good enough not happy at all
