I was having such a hard time trying to get a key programmed for my vehicle. I called a few dealerships first, and honestly, they were just rude and unhelpful. I decided to call around some more and found Nancy’s Lock & Key 569 S 4th St Chambersburg, PA, and I’m so glad I did. They were incredibly kind, patient, and so much more reasonable with their pricing. They didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions, and they offered exactly what I needed — key programming without all the attitude. I really appreciate good customer service, and they definitely delivered. Highly recommend!

My wife and I recently moved to the area and were looking to support The local businesses. I was very happy that my wife came across this store. It is about a mile or two from my home. They have an adequate selection of material needed to do projects around the house. They also offer lumber, gardening supplies, electrical and plumbing materials, nuts bolts, screws, nails, etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable and competitive with the big box stores. Very happy with this store.
I also like that they offer delivery service.
I was able to schedule a same day delivery to the house after placing the order a few hours before the delivery.
I highly recommend this business.
