This man Dennis is a life saver! Not only was he very easy to talk to, but he was respectful a gentleman all the way, punctual about his timing as he said he would meet me in 20 minutes the man showed up sooner than that! I’d like to thank Frederick Lock & Key for a wonderful service. 💪 I couldn’t find a place ANYWHERE to copy my car key and they special ordered it for me at a cost effective price that blew away any dealership cost by far. 🫡 I couldn’t feel more valued as a customer, and makes the store an absolute pleasure to visit. 👀 They also have a wonderful collection of local vintage beer cans/bottles and old school school vintage locks. 🗝There’s even a cute keyhole shaped archway within the store i got a tickle out of! 👍 Thanks again and again, LOVE YOU GUYS!

My key fob for my van was not working right. Not locking or unlocking doors. Panic button not working. I was concerned it would not start the van anymore. While the service was fast and efficient, I did not like that I could not get all of the designs made at your machine nor did I appreciate being offered a free key for buying 2 that didn’t end up being free so I didn’t take advantage of the offer. I also think it’s kind of highway robbery how much you charge for a key when it wasn’t that long ago it was less than $2 to get a key cut elsewhere.

I was hesitant to use the machine, and my dad definitely didn’t want to pay $5 for a key…However, we were pleasantly surprised that if you buy 2 keys, then you get the 3rd one free! AND, the key pattern is then attached to your email, so you can ALWAYS order more if you need them! This is an extra perk for my dad, who loses his keys daily. We have had to change locks multiple times over the past few months, as his memory is sadly failing. I am super happy that we decided to use the machine, because our lives will be SO MUCH EASIER from here on out.
