I was stuck at a gas pump today at a sheetz I called got a amamzing quote only 50 dollars to unlock my car!!! They sent someone out they called me and had great communication he showed up in a timely manner was super quick I mean it took him under 2 minutes to unlock it that was amazing because I was already 2 hours late for work so the quicker the better I needed it and DALLAS provides quick efficiency and great communication 10/10 5 stars totally recommended Dauphin Locksmith to anyone in need!! I called Gary because I couldn’t open my safe. I didn’t know where the battery compartment was and I wasn’t sure if it was corroded. We had our valuable papers in it. I knew the combination and could hear the click after tapping in the combination on the keyboard but it wouldn’t open. Gary told me he would help me by telling me how to open my safe over the phone. Gary was so patient with telling me it’s most likely the batteries are dead. He asked me to take pictures of the safe and send to him. He looked at the pictures I sent and called me back and said there must be a battery located around the keypad. I couldn’t turn the keypad board as he suggested but after that decided to I take another close up picture of that keypad. On that closeup photo I could see a compartment with a push down tab . After pushing that tab down, I was able to pull out the compartment and find the batteries. I immediately replaced the batteries. Voila!! The safe opened easily with new batteries.
I never needed a costly service call, but I was so happy to get Gary’s assistance over the phone!!

Tom was super nice and quick to respond after we moved into our new house. He didn’t recommend anything beyond what was necessary, the price was fair, and he was in and out in no time at all. I will absolutely give him a call again if I need any more work done. Highly recommended.

While the service was fast and efficient, I did not like that I could not get all of the designs made at your machine nor did I appreciate being offered a free key for buying 2 that didn’t end up being free so I didn’t take advantage of the offer. I also think it’s kind of highway robbery how much you charge for a key when it wasn’t that long ago it was less than $2 to get a key cut elsewhere.

The team at Mike’s Lock Shop went above and beyond my expectations on a unique project. I needed a skeleton key cut for a vintage 4th generation family armoire after the original key had been lost years ago. Ben and his team had to source a brass or steel key with appropriate thickness and length before cutting it to the dimensions for the lock box. It proved to be a taxing process (several keys came in that had improper dimensions), but the team remained in frequent contact. The end product was a functional steel key (that I promise not to misplace). Would highly recommend!
