Genaro was amazing!!!! I cannot say enough great things about him!!! I called 4 different businesses over a 2 hour period. He was the only one that responded and actually showed up. He was here in 35 minutes and had my 2012 GMC Sierra unlocked in less than 5 minutes. He honestly saved my night and my work day tomorrow!! I would give 10 starts if it was possible. Outstanding service! I had a conversation with Tony, and Allan showed up afterward. He was very courteous, the pricing was reasonable, and he explained each step he was taking. With the holiday approaching, he provided excellent service and was fair in his dealings. I strongly recommend them if you find yourself in need of their services. *GREAT* store owner was so kind and welcoming. Very knowledgeable about her trade apparently they’ve been here for 76 years and her family has owned it all that time.
They can reprint any key doesn’t matter if it’s a car key or what kind of key.
They can open locks.
They sell all sorts of different locks here as well.
Hallelujah to keeping small mom and pop businesses alive and their families provided for and content!!!

We had keys made. Instructions were so simple. The keys were made fairly quickly, about the same as when the Lowe’s employees do it but with no people interaction. I will use this machine always. Only negative was it only worked with the plain metal keys. The keys with a color coating did not work here. Improve that and this service will be perfect!

needed a newer motorcycle key copied and upon arrival at Accurate Locksmith 2, there was a sign on the door stating “out on a service call” but also had a number to call so I did. he told me he expected to be back in 30-45 minutes and would call me back once he was on his way. I decided to sit and wait. with great punctuality i received a call as he said, when he said!! within 10 minutes of his return, my keys were done. super great communication and really nice guy to chat with. ill definitely be back when the need arises.

Showed up on a Sunday, luckily they were there waiting for a U-Haul truck to be returned and the guy was able to cut me a key really quick and I was in and out and on my way all within 45 minutes.

My review of 3 stars is due to the fact I was told they would send me a form so I could get reimbursed by Triple A, 1 week later and no form even after multiple calls and text reminders.

I am so glad that I stumbled upon Sprouse’s. I have been trying to schedule an appointment with other locksmiths in my area, to cut and program, a new key and fob for my vehicle.

I was able to reach out to him at the beginning of the day in less than an hour had a new key and fob are ready to go.

And the price was definitely better, than going to a dealership and even some of my other local locksmiths.

I will say that, as of the rating of this review, they are in the middle of a transition from their previous location to their current location. That said there is plenty of parking and easy to find.

Tim was a pleasure to work with, and should I have any further locksmith needs, he will be my go to.
