We were so impressed and grateful to Wayne for his quick response time and his skill level. He came to the house to open a 20 year old safe that wouldn’t open with the code. He came the same day and spent over 2 hours drilling, hammering and using a crowbar to break through the cement and steel. It was a Herculean task that he accomplished all while remaining calm and polite. Despite the fact that the safe was empty, we were so thankful for Wayne’s efforts. It was a dirty and exhausting job.

Upon needing a 3rd quality padlock to match our already 2 keyed-alike padlocks (on a high security key blank), I was able to simply drop a copy of my key with my request. That was all that was needed. Tho we were in no rush, our lock was pinned up and waiting for us on our very next trip as we popped back up town! The lock, with new keys, did not cost as much as we expected considering the cylinder and key were both high security and the time at the bench for the tech. Additionally, I was able to get legal documents notarized at the very same visit and that made my stop even more productive. I was able to cross both off my list during the same visit. The counter staff were very friendly and easy to work with and I recommend Ave’s all the time. Thank you for the convenience!

They cut a new chipped key and programmed a new remote making sure my remote start system still worked perfectly. Great price too.

Two times, this company has come through for our family in a big way!! First time, our son was involved in an accident, we were a 1.5 hour drive away and the tow driver was so nice to him while he was shaken up. Second time, he helped my sister-in-law with a tow- he was so nice to her and when he heard that she was traveling home from making final arrangements for her father who had just passed- he only charged her $80 and told her she’d been through enough. Thank you for being so kind and helpful! It goes a really long way!

Went to many locations Walmart and Lowe’s and each one the machine was out of order. Due to the machine wanted to charge $12.00 and ship it to you. Don’t make no sense. Talk to management at these stores and they stated they don’t deal with the machine. A sub contractor with minute key comes out to repair it. I do have to say couple different stores was time consuming . And very agitated going here and there to find a location. That many places was 3 to be exact. Must be having issues often…

I was having such a hard time trying to get a key programmed for my vehicle. I called a few dealerships first, and honestly, they were just rude and unhelpful. I decided to call around some more and found Nancy’s Lock & Key 569 S 4th St Chambersburg, PA, and I’m so glad I did. They were incredibly kind, patient, and so much more reasonable with their pricing. They didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions, and they offered exactly what I needed — key programming without all the attitude. I really appreciate good customer service, and they definitely delivered. Highly recommend!

The keys work perfect, but the machine ended up creating three keys when I only wanted one. I was charged for two, and the third bronze one was free, but I did not want the second one that I got charged for. It asked if I wanted a bronze ring and I clicked on it, but it gave me the second key and charged me for it, which is not what I wanted.

Came into town for the holiday and we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cabin we rented. The owner did not live nearby and no other key close by. We were leaving the next morning on a Sunday. Called Mountain State Lock and the owner was 100 miles away but said he could stop after and help me out. Price was great and service was great. Definitely saved the day.

Made me a new key really quick and it was accurate, and I even found out about being able to do car keys because my old fob is falling apart. My dealership says like $250 and KeyMe only was $110 and the new key and fob will be mailed to me. Will definitely be going back when next payday rolls around.
