My car keys went missing. They had responded quite quickly, compared to other locksmiths I’d tried, they communicated very well. I had paid 500 dollars for two new keys to my car, which is a lot, but I needed the keys same day, and they delivered. Everyone was very lovely, and knowledgeable, compared to the others I’d tried, and even made the almost hour long drive with sun optimal road conditions.

Very professional. If I could rate them a ten, I would. I definitely recommend.
Very easy to set an appointment.
They cut a new chipped key and programmed a new remote making sure my remote start system still worked perfectly. Great price too.
Definitely less expensive than a OEM dealership.

I was having such a hard time trying to get a key programmed for my vehicle. I called a few dealerships first, and honestly, they were just rude and unhelpful. I decided to call around some more and found Nancy’s Lock & Key 569 S 4th St Chambersburg, PA, and I’m so glad I did. They were incredibly kind, patient, and so much more reasonable with their pricing. They didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions, and they offered exactly what I needed — key programming without all the attitude. We had to get our locks re-keyed on a Friday night in a snow storm, and they handled it with no problems or complaints. It didn’t seem like they charged us some exorbitant amount for doing the job off hours either. We also had them replace a lock mechanism on a french door at a later date. Their pricing seems competitive and fair.

Outstanding! We misplaced the key for a complicated lock on our french doors. Chris responded quickly. We are very pleased to say, he is a true professional locksmith. Arrived on time and quickly took care of making those new keys. Then, when we asked if he could also, he synchronized the key locking on a second door and storm door with new keys. All working great now.

Amazed to see such good reviews. Stopped in there 3 times in the past 2 times to get an extra key cut for 2 of my cars I programed myself ( yes you can do it). Said no with some crazy excuse. Yet HOME DEPOT cut them with no problem and even advertises they cut FOB keys…LMAO. Then one time to have a couple of house keys cut..wich they did but made it sound like they were doing brain surgery..and was really doing me a favor. Hate to rain on your parade but any idiot can cut a key!
