Outstanding service! I had a conversation with Tony, and Allan showed up afterward. He was very courteous, the pricing was reasonable, and he explained each step he was taking. I cannot express enough how professional, efficient and courteous Rich was. I called at 8am and he was at my home by 9am. And I live about 20 miles away. He is knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Billy came out to see us to help my dad retrieve his key from inside of his car. Billy was incredibly responsive via phone, checking in with me between appointments. Billy was able to open up my dad’s Porsche Panamera and treated it with respect and efficiency. He was so quick! We are so appreciative of Madison Locksmith and Billy for all of his help. If you need a key or locksmithing services in the Madison area, THIS IS THE GUY YOU SHOULD CALL. I filled out 5 forms requesting a callback on various Madison locksmiths’ sites. Only Ron replied. Not only that, but he replied only a few hours later. Once we were in touch, he answered all my questions quickly and clearly. We set up a mobile appointment and THAT SAME DAY I was able to get my lost electronic car key replaced. Ron was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am completely satisfied with the look and feel of my new key. One of the best service experiences I have ever had.

We lost our key to the rental car, and we used our roadside assistance. Thankfully they work with Bill’s Keyshop, and he was able to get us a new key made. He worked with us financially, and more importantly, he went above and beyond by helping us load our walkers after seating me safely in the vehicle. I highly recommend Joe(the owner), for both his craftsmanship and his humanity.

Super easy. Hard to find places that cut keys so this was very convenient. Key worked perfectly on first use.

While the service was fast and efficient, I did not like that I could not get all of the designs made at your machine nor did I appreciate being offered a free key for buying 2 that didn’t end up being free so I didn’t take advantage of the offer. I also think it’s kind of highway robbery how much you charge for a key when it wasn’t that long ago it was less than $2 to get a key cut elsewhere.

The key making process was very simple although there seemed to be a delay between payment and the initiation of the cutting of the new key. Once it started it was quite loud but the key works fine.
