Chris (the owner) and his coworker Shawn did a fantastic job. They were on time, professional, and very friendly from start to finish. They installed a 4-camera security system and completed a lock replacement, and everything was done efficiently and cleanly.

What really stood out was how they took the time to explain how everything works, answered all of my questions quickly, and made sure I was comfortable using the system before they left. Their pricing was honest and upfront, with no surprises—very easy to understand exactly what we were getting.

I was having such a hard time trying to get a key programmed for my vehicle. I called a few dealerships first, and honestly, they were just rude and unhelpful. I decided to call around some more and found Nancy’s Lock & Key 569 S 4th St Chambersburg, PA, and I’m so glad I did. They were incredibly kind, patient, and so much more reasonable with their pricing. They didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions, and they offered exactly what I needed — key programming without all the attitude. I really appreciate good customer service, and they definitely delivered. Highly recommend!

We were running late coming from over an hour away and they waited for us. They were friendly, knowledgeable and well priced or so I thought anyway. We were told they could program a Honda Civic hybrid within a few minutes and for $99. We ended up having to leave the car for a couple of days because they couldn’t program it. Then on Christmas Eve because we didn’t have the new price of $175 we were without a car for over a week and for the holidays. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I am so glad that I stumbled upon Sprouse’s. I have been trying to schedule an appointment with other locksmiths in my area, to cut and program, a new key and fob for my vehicle.

I was able to reach out to him at the beginning of the day in less than an hour had a new key and fob are ready to go.

And the price was definitely better, than going to a dealership and even some of my other local locksmiths.

I will say that, as of the rating of this review, they are in the middle of a transition from their previous location to their current location. That said there is plenty of parking and easy to find.

Tim was a pleasure to work with, and should I have any further locksmith needs, he will be my go to.

I was stuck at a gas pump today at a sheetz I called got a amamzing quote only 50 dollars to unlock my car!!! They sent someone out they called me and had great communication he showed up in a timely manner was super quick I mean it took him under 2 minutes to unlock it that was amazing because I was already 2 hours late for work so the quicker the better I needed it and DALLAS provides quick efficiency and great communication 10/10 5 stars totally recommended Dauphin Locksmith to anyone in need!! The locksmith came to our place and made replacement emergency keys for our smart lock (the previous owner lost all emergency keys). Fast and friendly service. Very satisfied!

I needed to get a couple of office keys duplicated and AJ was able to do it with no issue! I was even able get an extra key fob for my vehicle without having to go to the dealership and create an appointment to then drop off the car and all that jazz! I call that a win! They also have old school heavy duty fire resistant locks if you’re looking for one to purchase!

Couldn’t find the Minute Key machine and was directed back to Sporting Goods for the new key machine.
Key-Me had very comparable prices to Minute Key and even offered a first time user deal for me. My 3 specialty keys were made quick on the spot. I liked that they did buy 2 get one free and didn’t require the free one to be plain brass. MK only offers the brass for your free one.
