Convenient although I was a bit bothered by the fact these machines are card only, selection was limited and honestly I thought the price was a bit high but I do understand that you’re paying for the convenience…..

I had gone to another locksmith for a home safe. It took them 2 months to tell me the model safe I wanted wasn’t available.
Bullet had that model on the display room floor, and a huge selection of safes of every size. The gentleman who helped me was amazingly knowledgeable about every safe on the floor and explained the differences between commercial vs home safes. Absolutely no pressure to buy more safe than I needed. Took the time to understand what I wanted & what I was protecting.

While the service was fast and efficient, I did not like that I could not get all of the designs made at your machine nor did I appreciate being offered a free key for buying 2 that didn’t end up being free so I didn’t take advantage of the offer. I also think it’s kind of highway robbery how much you charge for a key when it wasn’t that long ago it was less than $2 to get a key cut elsewhere.

Outstanding! We misplaced the key for a complicated lock on our french doors. Chris responded quickly. We are very pleased to say, he is a true professional locksmith. Arrived on time and quickly took care of making those new keys. Then, when we asked if he could also, he synchronized the key locking on a second door and storm door with new keys. All working great now.

Jake made me two keys for wife’s Honda pilot service was quick and easy and tbh the replacement keys were much better quality than the junk keys Honda makes and was able to save some money by not having to get them made at the dealership. If you ever need a lock smith Jake’s your man. He’s a third generation locksmith and his experience speaks for itself would 10/10 recommend him to anyone in need of locksmith services. Thanks

One key of 4 did not drop. When I remade it, I think I didn’t push the key to be copied in far enough so that key does not work. This was my first attempt using your kiosk. I will use it again when needed.

I was hesitant to use the machine, and my dad definitely didn’t want to pay $5 for a key…However, we were pleasantly surprised that if you buy 2 keys, then you get the 3rd one free! AND, the key pattern is then attached to your email, so you can ALWAYS order more if you need them! This is an extra perk for my dad, who loses his keys daily. We have had to change locks multiple times over the past few months, as his memory is sadly failing. I am super happy that we decided to use the machine, because our lives will be SO MUCH EASIER from here on out.

Fast, efficient, and reliable. I got a car key with fob copied here and it was a good experience. They even cut another car key for me without a fob at no cost. I highly recommend them.

we always want to support a local business. if you want a key made in the east end your only choices are this place and home depot, literally. well, the hours on this place are pathetic, closing at 1pm m-f, no weekend hours. so you can guess where you’re gonna end up getting a key made and it ain’t here. the ONE time i was able to make it in they were fine and the keys were at least cheap.
