I cannot express enough how professional, efficient and courteous Rich was. I called at 8am and he was at my home by 9am. And I live about 20 miles away. He is knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

John from Keith’s Lock and Door Service was professional, courteous, and efficient when rekeying my four locks. He even came back to rekey one additional lock we had initially overlooked—at no additional cost. Excellent service and attention to detail. Highly recommend.

I was hesitant at first to use a kiosk, but it was very user friendly. I did not like the repeated offers to buy more keys and contribute to various charities. I already donate. However, the key I received works every bit as good, if not BETTER, than the original. I also liked the quality of the brass key. Ease of use, and quality product would make me use this again, despite the irritating sales pitches.
