I was hesitant to use the machine, and my dad definitely didn’t want to pay $5 for a key…However, we were pleasantly surprised that if you buy 2 keys, then you get the 3rd one free! AND, the key pattern is then attached to your email, so you can ALWAYS order more if you need them! This is an extra perk for my dad, who loses his keys daily. We have had to change locks multiple times over the past few months, as his memory is sadly failing. I am super happy that we decided to use the machine, because our lives will be SO MUCH EASIER from here on out.

Terrible locksmith service. I was locked out of my house and called for help. They took my information and said a locksmith would be there shortly. I even received a text confirming this information. 45 minutes later and no update, so I called again. This time I was told that they weren’t able to come and they didn’t know why I had been told differently. I caller’s Burglar’s Nightmare and they were at my house within the half hour. I definitely do not recommend Minute Key.
