Joe was quick to respond, the fix was quick and painless. The price was more than reasonable. When I showed him a problem with my other door he took a look and fixed it and refused payment for it. Truly above and beyond service but in a laid back style.

They did a fabulous job on making another copy of my key in just about 20 minutes.
Jacky was such a wonderful person with best customer service I have ever seen in any company.

My father stopped in out of the blue with a lock that had no key, no tailpiece, and that needed an extra long set back (which is unusual). Ken had everything my father needed to get the lock working again! My father returned a second time with two more locks, and he was able to help him out again. Ken was reasonable, reliable, and overall great — if you have any lock issues please give Ken a call first.

While the service was fast and efficient, I did not like that I could not get all of the designs made at your machine nor did I appreciate being offered a free key for buying 2 that didn’t end up being free so I didn’t take advantage of the offer. I also think it’s kind of highway robbery how much you charge for a key when it wasn’t that long ago it was less than $2 to get a key cut elsewhere.
