Unfortunately, this business demonstrated very unprofessional behavior.
I also witnessed discriminatory treatment toward a customer who was simply different from them, which was deeply upsetting and unacceptable.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

needed a newer motorcycle key copied and upon arrival at Accurate Locksmith 2, there was a sign on the door stating “out on a service call” but also had a number to call so I did. he told me he expected to be back in 30-45 minutes and would call me back once he was on his way. I decided to sit and wait. with great punctuality i received a call as he said, when he said!! within 10 minutes of his return, my keys were done. super great communication and really nice guy to chat with. ill definitely be back when the need arises.

While the service was fast and efficient, I did not like that I could not get all of the designs made at your machine nor did I appreciate being offered a free key for buying 2 that didn’t end up being free so I didn’t take advantage of the offer. I also think it’s kind of highway robbery how much you charge for a key when it wasn’t that long ago it was less than $2 to get a key cut elsewhere.

Needed 3 keys copied, 2 padlock keys and a house key, for some reason only one of the padlock keys was able to be done, even though they were the same brand and type of padlock, tried probably 4 times to get it to recognize before I gave up and went to Lowes, the other 2 keys were $7.69 a piece, which was a little much in my opinion

Martin is an amazing and knowledgeable person. He and his staff took time to ensure my vehicle was fitted with an exact/new key fob- intelligent key. The replacement works equally well as the OEM intelligent key. Accurate Locksmith’s price beat the dealership price by over $200. I would recommend Accurate Locksmith to anyone. They can meet all your locksmith needs,there is plenty of parking, and the store is in a great location.
