This man Dennis is a life saver! Not only was he very easy to talk to, but he was respectful a gentleman all the way, punctual about his timing as he said he would meet me in 20 minutes the man showed up sooner than that! This was an amazing experience! Communication was so easy and Allan was able to change my lock and add a dead bolt in just an hour. The price was affordable and Allan was a pleasure! You’ll see the before and after of our front doors – truly changed the appearance! (From small silver knobs, to the gold handles with a smart dead bolt!)

While the service was fast and efficient, I did not like that I could not get all of the designs made at your machine nor did I appreciate being offered a free key for buying 2 that didn’t end up being free so I didn’t take advantage of the offer. I also think it’s kind of highway robbery how much you charge for a key when it wasn’t that long ago it was less than $2 to get a key cut elsewhere.

Had 3 keys made for a basic door..suppose 2 b buy 2 get 1 for free..key was $5.99 each for a approx.$12.70 including the free 1..they don’t print u a receipt it’s sent 2 ur email which I never received and my debit was charged over $15….and all 3 keys r useless and don’t work!!!! I really have to let everyone no my story the house that my wife and 3 kids went up in flames 3 day ago in langhorne the whole home was a complete loss. I lost everything in the fire even my car keys I call Dan’s lock Smith and ask the lady of the phone if they do with emergency services she said yes i told her that i’m going to need is with three hours because I had to relocate because of the house fire she said yes i also how much the price was going to be the price was amazing.I was expecting it’s be high but it was the cheapest around dan got to my car with in a hour. The service was amazing got the job done quick. At the end of all this dan then looked up to my house saw the pile of rubble from the fire and said no charge there are people that go into business for straight profit , and there’s other people that go into business that are kind and amazing human beings dan is one of them thank you so much I really didn’t have all that money and it made me cry knowing there are great people stillOut there in the world today .
