READ THIS BEFORE YOU CALLED THEM!!
Two nights Ago In a freezing night with my two year-old I managed to lock myself out the house and I had to call a locksmith. I called DS Locksmith and the technician told me that he will be at my location in Bridgeport in 25 minutes.
I waited over an hour after calling multiple times, the technician told me every time I called that he will be there in 10-15 minutes But nobody showed up.
Beware from this company.

Outstanding! We misplaced the key for a complicated lock on our french doors. Chris responded quickly. We are very pleased to say, he is a true professional locksmith. Arrived on time and quickly took care of making those new keys. Then, when we asked if he could also, he synchronized the key locking on a second door and storm door with new keys. All working great now.

Bathrooms are disgusting, some stalls are locked, some toilets literally have feces on them.

The workers are great – helpful and friendly but if none of them want to clean the bathrooms then you need to hire a service to come in several times a day.

I rate every establishment on the cleanliness of their bathrooms – because that is how much they care for their customers.

This was an amazing experience! Communication was so easy and Allan was able to change my lock and add a dead bolt in just an hour. The price was affordable and Allan was a pleasure! You’ll see the before and after of our front doors – truly changed the appearance! (From small silver knobs, to the gold handles with a smart dead bolt!)

They responded quickly to an emergency lockout and were honest and reasonable when it comes to pricing.
I really do appreciate a family owned business. The son quickly unlocked our door. He also fixed another door in a matter of seconds that had been giving us problems for years. He was so quick if you blinked you would’ve missed it. I’m so appreciative of their service and highly recommend them for hardware and locksmith services. I wouldn’t bother with anyone else.

Have used these machines several times now. The duplicates always work. No waiting for a clerk to become available to make one. So far, it has always had the blank it needs to make a new key. I will always look to use this service now.
