We were running late coming from over an hour away and they waited for us. They were friendly, knowledgeable and well priced or so I thought anyway. We were told they could program a Honda Civic hybrid within a few minutes and for $99. We ended up having to leave the car for a couple of days because they couldn’t program it. Then on Christmas Eve because we didn’t have the new price of $175 we were without a car for over a week and for the holidays. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Tom was super nice and quick to respond after we moved into our new house. He didn’t recommend anything beyond what was necessary, the price was fair, and he was in and out in no time at all. I will absolutely give him a call again if I need any more work done. Highly recommended.

Steve came highly recommended from coworkers, friends, and local dealers. I lost my only car key fob. Contacted Steve via text. Practically an immediate response came on what to do and what to expect. He arrived within 20 minutes like he said. In less than 15 minutes he had a new key cut, programmed, and was on his way. Outstanding! We misplaced the key for a complicated lock on our french doors. Chris responded quickly. We are very pleased to say, he is a true professional locksmith. Arrived on time and quickly took care of making those new keys. Then, when we asked if he could also, he synchronized the key locking on a second door and storm door with new keys. All working great now.

Scheduled an appointment to have our locks changed. Was told that we couldn’t setup a specific time, we would just need to wait on call to meet with the technician from some time between 9 and 4. OK, not great but we’ll roll with it. Received a call at 2 pm on the designated day informing us that, no, it turns out the technician won’t be making it out to our house after all. Burned a day waiting on them. The flying locksmiths clearly don’t have much respect for their customer’s time.
