I’d like to thank Frederick Lock & Key for a wonderful service. 💪 I couldn’t find a place ANYWHERE to copy my car key and they special ordered it for me at a cost effective price that blew away any dealership cost by far. 🫡 I couldn’t feel more valued as a customer, and makes the store an absolute pleasure to visit. 👀 They also have a wonderful collection of local vintage beer cans/bottles and old school school vintage locks. 🗝There’s even a cute keyhole shaped archway within the store i got a tickle out of! 👍 Thanks again and again, LOVE YOU GUYS!

Great hardware store! I lost a key to our Chrysler town and country. I called everywhere local and Suters offered the most affordable and quality service in the area when it came to having a transponder spare key made (I saved at least $30 by going to Suters). Key works great! As fate would have it, I found the lost key a few days after having the spare made, but I’m glad I had them make me a spare anyway.

I’m so glad I called Ron! He responded very quickly when my twin sister’s key fob battery died on her Mercedes-Benz, leaving her 7-month-old baby locked inside the car. It was very scary not being able to reach the crying baby. Ron arrived promptly and had the Mercedes unlocked within minutes. He didn’t want to charge for opening a car with a baby locked inside, but I made sure he didn’t leave empty-handed. I couldn’t be more grateful.

This was an amazing experience! Communication was so easy and Allan was able to change my lock and add a dead bolt in just an hour. The price was affordable and Allan was a pleasure! You’ll see the before and after of our front doors – truly changed the appearance! (From small silver knobs, to the gold handles with a smart dead bolt!)

David was on time and very professional..he was speedy and was absolutely a pleasure to deal with I would not want anyone else but David to do the keys and fob for me.. I highly recommend.. While the service was fast and efficient, I did not like that I could not get all of the designs made at your machine nor did I appreciate being offered a free key for buying 2 that didn’t end up being free so I didn’t take advantage of the offer. I also think it’s kind of highway robbery how much you charge for a key when it wasn’t that long ago it was less than $2 to get a key cut elsewhere.

Had 3 keys made for a basic door..suppose 2 b buy 2 get 1 for free..key was $5.99 each for a approx.$12.70 including the free 1..they don’t print u a receipt it’s sent 2 ur email which I never received and my debit was charged over $15….and all 3 keys r useless and don’t work!!!!
